This policy describes how to report material available through the Gotti TV Services that you believe infringes your copyright. It reflects Section 17 of our Terms of Service at gottitv.com/legal/terms.

1. User Content

Gotti TV does not currently allow subscribers to upload or publicly post content.

2. Submitting a Copyright Complaint

If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright, use Submit a Copyright Complaint and include:

your name and contact information;

identification of the copyrighted work;

identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;

a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law;

a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act; and

your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Review

We may investigate and remove or restrict material when appropriate. This provides a copyright-contact procedure but does not represent that this contact method is a registered DMCA designated agent.

4. Future Changes

If user uploads are later introduced, we may adopt an expanded notice, counter-notice, repeat-infringer, and agent process.
