GOTTI TV — Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GGTV Media LLC d/b/a Gotti TV (“Gotti TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you access or use our website at gottitv.com, our mobile applications, our connected-TV and over-the-top (“OTT”) applications, our streaming services, subscription and account functions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Your use of the Services is also governed by our Terms and Conditions at gottitv.com/legal/terms.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular practice, we will request that consent separately, and this acknowledgment is not a substitute for it.

1. Scope and Acknowledgment

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Services, through communications with us, and through the third-party providers that help us operate the Services. It explains what we collect, where it comes from, why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to you.

Viewer accounts, profiles, subscription entitlements, viewing and playback history, and favorites or watch progress (where supported) are primarily handled through our OTT streaming provider. Our website platform stores editorial content and the information you submit through forms on the site, such as newsletter signups, event reminders, support requests, and casting applications.

2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

Identifiers, Contact, and Account Data

Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, username or display name, and profile selections you make.

Credentials used to sign in (passwords are handled through authentication systems and are not stored by us in plain text).

Age or eligibility confirmations, such as confirming you are 18 or older when required.

Subscription and Transaction Data

Your plan, subscription status, purchases, renewal and cancellation history, promotional or credit details, and transaction metadata such as dates, amounts, and billing platform.

Full payment-card numbers are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) or by app stores and connected-TV platforms. Gotti TV does not store full payment-card numbers.

Streaming and Activity Data

Shows and content you view or search for, interactions with the Services, playback history and progress, and favorites where those features are supported.

Dates, times, entitlement checks, and device or session activity associated with your account.

Device, Network, and Technical Data

IP address and approximate location derived from your IP address; browser, operating system, app, and device type; device identifiers where supplied by a platform; referral URLs; log data; and crash, performance, and playback information.

Communications and Submissions

Support and contact requests (including the contact details, ticket type, device type, and details you provide), newsletter signups, event reminders, survey or promotion entries, casting applications (including the contact, social media, profile, and engagement information you submit), and e-signature documents and related records when applicable.

TikTok and Creator Data

For creators who participate or where monitoring is enabled, we collect publicly available TikTok profile and live-status information and related metrics used to power live indicators and leaderboards.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Information collected through cookies, local storage, and similar technologies, as described in the Cookies and Controls section below.

Information from Third Parties

Information we receive from our OTT account provider, payment processors, app stores, connected-TV platforms, authentication providers (such as Google or Apple) where those sign-in options are enabled and you choose to use them, analytics and security providers, and social or third-party services you choose to connect or visit.

Potentially Sensitive Information

Some information you choose to submit — for example, certain details in a casting application — could reveal sensitive characteristics. We process such information only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which you provided it and with consent where required by law. We do not collect precise geolocation or biometric information.

3. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information:

Directly from you, when you create an account, subscribe, submit a form, apply for casting, contact us, or use the Services.

Automatically, through your use of the Services and through cookies, local storage, logs, and similar technologies.

From our OTT account and streaming provider, which operates viewer accounts, profiles, entitlements, and playback features.

From app stores and payment processors, in connection with purchases and subscription status.

From connected-device platforms (such as Apple TV, Roku, LG, or Samsung) when you use our apps on those platforms.

From public sources and creator submissions, including publicly available social media and live-streaming information.

From service providers and partners that support the Services.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including account creation, authentication, and streaming.

Process subscriptions, purchases, renewals, and cancellations, and administer promotions and credits.

Personalize content discovery and improve your experience.

Respond to support requests, feedback, and casting applications.

Operate newsletters, event reminders, and similar communications, with consent where required.

Send transactional communications about your account or transactions; these are separate from optional marketing messages, and accepting our Terms or using the Services is not consent to marketing text messages.

Measure and improve reliability, performance, and security.

Detect and prevent fraud, piracy, credential sharing, and other misuse.

Enforce geographic licensing restrictions and determine device and territory availability.

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Support internal business operations, recordkeeping, and administration, including administrative audit logs.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

OTT, streaming, and content-delivery providers that power viewer accounts, playback, and delivery of content.

Our website hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase), which stores editorial data and form submissions.

Payment and billing platforms, including Stripe and the app stores or connected-TV platforms through which you subscribe.

Email, customer-support, and e-signature service providers that help us communicate with you and manage documents.

Analytics, error-monitoring, and security providers that help us keep the Services reliable and safe.

Connected-TV and device platforms that distribute our apps.

We may also disclose personal information:

For legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Gotti TV, our users, or others.

To professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary.

In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

When you direct us to, or when you choose to interact with a third-party service such as Discord or a social platform.

Platform providers and other third parties may process your information under their own privacy policies. The Services do not include public comments, reviews, posts, or other community uploads, so we do not disclose your information through public community features.

6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Gotti TV does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not currently use or share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

If our practices change, we will update this Policy and honor applicable opt-out rights. You may exercise any applicable right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising through Submit a Privacy Request. Where required by law and where our systems are technically capable of doing so, we will also honor valid opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, that your browser or device sends.

7. Cookies and Controls

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

Essential: required for sign-in, playback, security, and basic operation of the Services.

Preferences: remember your settings and choices.

Analytics and performance: help us understand usage, diagnose errors, and improve the Services.

We do not currently use cookies for marketing or advertising. You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser or device settings. Disabling essential cookies or storage may prevent sign-in, playback, or other core features from working.

8. Communications

Transactional communications — such as receipts, password resets, security alerts, renewal and price-change notices, and legal updates — are required to administer your account and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

Optional marketing communications — such as promotional emails, newsletters, event reminders, or text messages — are sent only where you have signed up or consented as required by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message and opt out of texts by following the instructions provided, though essential transactional messages may continue. Where our apps support push notifications, you can turn them off in your device settings.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, using these criteria:

Account, profile, and subscription data: kept while your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support, security, disputes, and legal obligations.

Transaction and tax records: kept for the periods required by law.

Support, casting, and form communications: kept while needed to handle your request, maintain legitimate business records, honor consent, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

Analytics and security logs: kept for limited periods based on operational and security needs.

Deleted data may persist temporarily in restricted backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course.

No category of personal information is kept longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes disclosed in this Policy.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your credentials confidential and promptly Contact Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

11. Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account from the web at any time:

Use Request Account Deletion and provide the email address associated with your account.

In the message, identify your account and confirm that you want it deleted.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing the request.

To start your request, use Request Account Deletion.

Deleting your account is different from canceling your subscription. If you subscribed through an app store or connected-TV platform (such as Apple, Google Play, Roku, LG, or Samsung), you must cancel through that platform to prevent future billing. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel platform-billed subscriptions.

Deletion covers your account and personal information, subject to limited exceptions — for example, records we must retain for fraud prevention, security, transaction and tax requirements, dispute resolution, backups, and other legal obligations.

Other Privacy Requests

To exercise any other privacy right described in this Policy, Submit a Privacy Request with a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

12. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable state law may give you some or all of the following rights:

To know or access the personal information we have collected about you.

To correct inaccurate personal information.

To delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

To obtain a portable copy of your personal information.

To opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.

To limit certain processing of sensitive personal information.

Not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California residents may also request the categories of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection and disclosure, and the categories of recipients. We do not currently offer financial incentives related to personal information; if we ever do, they will be described in a separate notice.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit a Privacy Request. We will verify your identity, which may require information matching what we have on file. You may use an authorized agent where state law permits; we may require proof of the agent’s authorization and may verify your identity directly.

Appeals

If we deny your request and your state provides an appeal right (including Texas and other applicable states), you may Appeal a Privacy Decision. We will review and respond as required by applicable law.

13. EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Where the data-protection laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland apply, GGTV Media LLC d/b/a Gotti TV is the controller of your personal information.

Legal Bases

Depending on the purpose, we process personal information on the following legal bases:

Contract: to provide the Services you sign up for, including account, streaming, and billing functions.

Legitimate interests: to secure, operate, measure, and improve the Services, prevent fraud and piracy, and communicate with you about your account, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, tax rules, and lawful requests.

Consent: for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where required. Not every basis applies to every purpose; the basis depends on the context.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal information; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing); and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, approved standard contractual clauses, or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

14. Children

Under our Terms, you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. A parent or legal guardian may supervise age-appropriate viewing by a minor through an account the adult controls. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, Submit a Privacy Request, and we will delete it as required by law.

15. Territory, Device Availability, and Location

Content availability can vary by territory and device because of licensing rights and platform support. We may use your IP-derived approximate location and device or platform information to determine which content and features are available to you, to enforce geographic licensing restrictions, and to help prevent fraud.

16. External Links

The Services may link to third-party websites and services, such as app stores, Discord, and social media platforms. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows when it was most recently revised. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice, such as a prominent notice in the Services or another method consistent with applicable law.
